What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines, machine learning models, and NLP systems
- Provide guidance and mentorship on code quality, best practices, and technical challenges
- Research latest advancements in deep learning, NLP, and GenAI
- Build and optimize deep learning models using TensorFlow, Theano, or other frameworks
- Develop NLP solutions for text classification, NER, sentiment analysis, and language generation
- Leverage GenAI tools to enhance models and develop innovative language solutions
- Develop RESTful APIs to integrate ML and NLP models into existing systems
- Utilize Streamlit for interactive data applications and dashboards
- Articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams on requirements and delivery
What we're looking for
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years in data science or machine learning with production-ready delivery track record
- 2+ years leading technical teams
- Strong Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Theano), NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face), and GenAI tools
