What you'll do
- Work on query understanding, document understanding, and domain-adapted language models
- Build natural language question-answering and evaluation systems
- Invent new signals for search engine personalization
- Train models for ranking system signal interactions
- Design domain adaptation approaches for customer-specific corpora
- Combine LLMs with search engines to answer complex questions
- Write robust production-ready code
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally
What we're looking for

- BA/BS in computer science, math, sciences, or related degree
- Experience with search, recommendation, NLP, or large ML systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
