About the Role
Amazon's FBA Inventory Authority Platform team is hiring a Software Development Engineer II in Bengaluru. You'll build systems giving sellers visibility as inventory moves through Amazon's fulfillment network, while leveraging AI coding agents as a primary development tool.
What you'll do
- You will build FBA inventory visibility systems at scale.
- Solve ambiguous business problems and map them to elegant technical solutions
- Build systems at Amazon scale using object-oriented concepts, algorithms, and data structures
- Innovate and build large-scale near real-time streaming platforms
- Design, launch, refactor, and deprecate multi-tier systems with large amounts of data
- Use AI coding agents for design, implementation, tests, and code review
- Build scaffolding that makes agents effective on the codebase
- Identify automation opportunities in triage, on-call, refactors, and migrations
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) experience
- 3+ years of Video Games Industry experience (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops)
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
