About the Role
Amazon's Finance Technology group builds ML systems that scrutinize billions of dollars in transactions across Amazon's businesses. Amazon is hiring a Software Development Engineer II in Hyderabad to develop machine learning applications using forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, and Generative AI.
What you'll do
- Participate in all parts of software development from design to scalable execution
- Detect fraudulent transactions/vendors by applying ML techniques
- Work with ML scientists, software engineers, and Amazon Finance Operations
- Develop ML pipelines processing billions of dollars with terabytes of data
- Meet with customers directly to gain feedback on work
- Test new ideas in real-world production environments
What we're looking for
- 3+ years non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
