About the Role
Amazon's IN Hardline Fulfillment Experiences Tech team is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Bengaluru. You'll build technology solutions enabling faster customer order delivery at optimal cost across Wireless and Health & Beauty categories.
What you'll do
- You will build hardline fulfillment technology at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive and design innovative products
- Design and build innovative technologies in large distributed computing environment
- Create solutions for predictions on distributed systems at scale
- Build distributed storage, index, and query systems
- Design and code solutions starting with broadly defined problems
- Optimize technology stack for scalability and common infrastructure transformation
- Mentor junior engineers and improve operational excellence
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) experience
- 3+ years of Video Games Industry experience (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops)
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
