About the Role
MSD is hiring a Senior Specialist, ESE ML Engineer at the Hyderabad Tech Center to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
The role follows a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) within a global biopharma technology organization.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for advanced analytics and AI
- Execute structured experiments validating data quality and ML pipeline performance
- Work with data scientists, analysts, and business teams on requirements
- Integrate AI/ML models into production systems with scalable data flows
- Build platforms supporting ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
- Use orchestration, logging, and monitoring tools for resilient pipelines
- Automate data flows and pipeline monitoring for scalability and performance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration platform issues
- Maintain documentation for integration processes and configurations
- Develop pipelines ingesting data into cloud data warehouses
- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or Technology stream
- 7–11 years developing data pipelines and data infrastructure
- Strong Python (including PySpark) and robust SQL skills
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and production ML integration
