About the Role
Roboyo is hiring a Senior Python & AI Engineer in Hyderabad or Pune to design, build, and deploy Python-based agentic automations for simple-to-medium complexity business tasks end-to-end.
This role builds LLM-based agents and orchestration frameworks on GCP with Docker/Kubernetes deployment, CI/CD, and occasional RPA-to-agentic conversion within Roboyo's Applied AI and Agentic Automation practice.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and deploy Python-based agentic automations for simple-to-medium complexity business tasks.
- Designing, developing, and deploying new Python automations from requirements through testing and deployment
- Building and integrating agentic AI components (LLM agents, orchestration frameworks)
- Deploying on Google Cloud Platform with APIs, databases, and enterprise system integrations
- Writing and executing automated tests through CI/CD pipelines
- Diagnosing and resolving technical defects and optimizing performance
- Occasionally converting RPA/UiPath automations to Python-based agentic solutions
- Acting as technical guide for junior and mid-level engineers
- Serving as technical representative in client meetings
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and deliver automation roadmap
- Staying current on agentic AI and automation industry trends
What we're looking for
- 5+ years hands-on Python software engineering including production services, APIs, and data pipelines
- Experience building or integrating agentic AI automations for business tasks
- Strong analytical and solution design skills for business process automation
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and well-tested maintainable Python code
