What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI products using Agentic AI and modern ML engineering practices.
- Being the architect and builder for end-to-end AI products for high-impact industrial challenges
- Innovating on ML workflows using Agentic Coding Frameworks and LLMOps
- Leading technical execution with lean, MVP-driven rapid prototyping and continuous deployment
- Translating complex AI/Cloud architectures into scalable technical solutions
- Proactively clearing technical roadblocks and mentoring junior engineers
- Aligning stakeholders on feasibility and scalability of AI solutions
- Taking full ownership from conception to production endpoint serving
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in startup or high-growth tech environment with rapid pivots and full ownership
- Proven ability to lead projects from conception to production endpoint
- Deep practical knowledge of AI/ML including LLMs and RAG
- Experience with Agentic Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen) and AI-native development tools
Skills & Technologies
Required
5+ years in startup or high-growth tech environment with rapid pivots and full ownership
Proven ability to lead projects from conception to production endpoint
Deep practical knowledge of AI/ML including LLMs and RAG
Experience with Agentic Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen) and AI-native development tools
Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Production-grade software and scalable cloud architectures (AWS or Azure)
MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, version control, and big data technologies (Snowflake, Spark)
Fluent English communication; direct and concise stakeholder engagement
