About the Role
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Deep Learning Research Engineer for the Multimedia GPU team in Bengaluru or Pune to pioneer generative AI audio architectures and bridge deep learning research with production.
The role leads state-of-the-art audio foundation models scaling across massive GPU clusters.
What you'll do
- Pioneer generative AI audio architecture research and development
- Drive future technology roadmaps for multimedia DL algorithms
- Scale massive foundation models with distributed GPU training
- Develop audio-speech-visual fusion algorithms
- Cross-functional collaboration with Research and product groups
- Productize and deploy models on edge NVIDIA GPU platforms
- Mentor senior engineers and scientists
What we're looking for
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 10+ years developing advanced deep learning models for audio, image, and video
- Deep mastery of Diffusion models, GANs, Transformers, VAEs, NeRFs, GRUs
- Proven track record in generative AI and audio/speech domains
Skills & Technologies
Required
PhD in Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field
10+ years developing advanced deep learning models for audio, image, and video
Deep mastery of Diffusion models, GANs, Transformers, VAEs, NeRFs, GRUs
Proven track record in generative AI and audio/speech domains
Strong PyTorch and distributed training experience
