What you'll do
- You will execute end-to-end data science and AI initiatives driving data-driven transformation across Ralph Lauren.
- Own E2E Data Science/AI solutions including building timelines, prioritization, and regular updates to stakeholders
- Lead the identification of machine learning opportunities and design end-to-end solutions
- Develop sophisticated machine learning models including deep learning, recommendation systems, and NLP
- Guide the deployment and monitoring of models in production environments
- Design experiments, perform hypothesis testing, and evaluate model impact on business KPIs
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions
- Contribute to the data science and AI roadmap advocating for AI/ML best practices
- Lead end-to-end measurement for AI systems aligning metrics with business outcomes and trustworthiness

6–9 years professional experience in advanced analytics and machine learning roles
Experience analyzing complex business problems and translating them into data science/AI solutions
Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and big data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
Experience in ML, supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, classification, data mining, multi-modal models
Experience in statistical learning: predictive analytics, regression, time series, causal inference, topic modeling
Familiarity with Autonomous AI systems, human-in-the-loop frameworks, AI monitoring, and governance
