About the Role
Quadratyx is hiring a Senior Data Scientist within AI & Data Science Enterprise Delivery to develop ML models, build scalable data pipelines, and deliver actionable insights for global clients across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai.
This role combines data science, data engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to support recommendation systems, NLP projects, and product optimization for a product-centric insight and automation services company.
What you'll do
- This role is responsible for managing client expectations and strategizing with stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
- Developing machine learning models to support recommendation systems and NLP projects
- Providing actionable insights for product and service optimization
- Building and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines
- Optimizing data storage solutions including data lakes and columnar formats
- Ensuring data accuracy for analytics
- Analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends and patterns
- Generating and presenting insights that drive strategic decisions
- Working with product and service teams to understand data needs
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Science and Data Engineering
- Proficiency with Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL
- Experience with LLMs, LangChain, and Generative AI technologies
Skills & Technologies
Required

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Science and Data Engineering
