About the Role
Healthcare supply chains encode implicit knowledge across schemas, identifiers, and workflows. GHX is hiring a Senior Data Scientist – Knowledge Representation in Hyderabad to build entity resolution, knowledge graphs, and LLM-assisted knowledge extraction systems.
What you'll do
- Design and implement knowledge representation solutions balancing performance and costs
- Design, build, and maintain entity resolution systems
- Develop embedding-based and hybrid semantic similarity solutions
- Build and operate LLM-assisted knowledge extraction pipelines
- Design uncertainty quantification frameworks for KR outputs
- Partner with data quality engineers on pipeline failure feedback
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay current with knowledge graph embeddings, neuro-symbolic AI, and AI reasoning
What we're looking for
- 4+ years applied ML and data science with entity resolution, semantic matching, or knowledge graph experience
- Hands-on LLM-assisted knowledge extraction: prompt design, structured output parsing, fine-tuning
- Working knowledge of RDF and SPARQL
- Ability to design and implement model evaluation frameworks
Skills & Technologies
Required
4+ years applied ML and data science with entity resolution, semantic matching, or knowledge graph experience
Hands-on LLM-assisted knowledge extraction: prompt design, structured output parsing, fine-tuning
Working knowledge of RDF and SPARQL
Ability to design and implement model evaluation frameworks
Strong programming with PyTorch/HuggingFace, scikit-learn, and graph tooling (RDFLib, NetworkX)
Experience in multi-disciplinary settings where ML feeds formal systems
