About the Role
PwC India is hiring a Senior Associate GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer within GCC Advisory to design and implement autonomous agents, RAG systems, and production-ready AI solutions across PAN India PwC locations.
This intelligent automation role focuses on LangChain, Crew.ai, Autogen, and LLM APIs with emphasis on agent safety, evaluation frameworks, and resolving hallucinations in AI outcomes.
What you'll do
- Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, Autogen, and other relevant frameworks.
- Developing and optimizing RAG systems for improved information retrieval and response generation
- Creating robust evaluation frameworks for testing agent performance and safety
- Implementing monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior
- Developing documentation and best practices for agent development
- Contributing to the improvement of agent architecture and capabilities
- Building and deploying autonomous agents in production environments
- Working with LangChain framework for application development
- Applying solid understanding of safety principles and best practices
- Resolving hallucinations in AI outcomes
What we're looking for
- 4 to 7 years of experience in GenAI and Agentic AI development
- Advanced Python programming with expertise in async programming and API development
- Hands-on experience building and deploying autonomous agents
