About the Role
Wells Fargo is investing heavily in applied AI to transform financial services, and is seeking experienced AI professionals to build production-ready generative AI solutions. Wells Fargo is hiring a Senior Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant in Bengaluru who will provide flexible offshore prompt-engineering capacity supporting the applied-AI team.
This role involves building and iterating prompts for point solutions, running rapid experiments, and supporting evaluation and quality checks within enterprise AI toolsets.
What you'll do
- The Senior AI Solutions Consultant will support the applied-AI team with prompt engineering and enterprise AI solution development.
- Lead cross functional teams to identify, strategize, and execute Artificial Intelligence initiatives within a line of business
- Understand the strategy to recommend solutions on solving business challenges
- Analyze and review cases obtaining the required resources to ensure the solution delivers the intended benefits
- Leverage knowledge to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources to execute proposed solutions
- Influence without authority to drive the implementation of AI initiatives and programs
- Decision key issues which may arise during development or implementation
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve and achieve goals
- Build and iterate prompts for point solutions within horizontal toolsets and low code/no code tools
- Run rapid experiments and prototype iterations and support evaluation and quality checks
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of Artificial Intelligence experience
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale applications
- Expert-level Python: OOP, Design Patterns, Multithreading, FastAPI, Flask, Spark, Pandas, CI-CD, Agile
- 2+ years building production-ready Generative AI and LLM solutions
