What you'll do
- Lead design and development of AI-driven applications, especially RAG chatbots
- Architect robust Python and Java solutions for scalability and reliability
- Deploy, manage, and scale AI applications on AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and delivery
- Mentor team members on software development and AI best practices
- Ensure quality through testing, debugging, performance tuning, and documentation
- Research emerging AI technologies and methodologies
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years professional experience in AI/ML engineering
- Strong Python and Java programming skills
- Hands-on experience building RAG-based chatbots or generative AI applications
