The company is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to build production-grade AI solutions for industrial equipment, with a focus on motor and pump manufacturing and rotating machinery.
This Mumbai-based role combines time-series analysis, signal processing, and MLOps for real-world predictive maintenance applications.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML models for industrial equipment
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, and monitoring
- Develop solutions for equipment health monitoring, predictive maintenance, RUL estimation, anomaly detection, fault diagnosis, process optimization, and energy efficiency
- Analyze time-series data from vibration, pressure, temperature, flow, motor current, SCADA/PLC, historians, and alarm logs
- Apply signal processing: FFT, spectral analysis, wavelet transforms, statistical feature extraction
- Develop scalable ML models for noisy, incomplete, high-frequency industrial data
- Collaborate with reliability engineers, maintenance teams, and customer SMEs
- Deploy models using MLOps best practices with drift detection and automated retraining
- Build reusable feature engineering frameworks and model evaluation pipelines
- Contribute to decision-support systems for maintenance scheduling and process optimization
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years hands-on applied AI/ML experience
- Strong experience with time-series data and ML solutions
- Industrial IoT, manufacturing, or predictive maintenance experience
Skills & Technologies
Required

4+ years hands-on applied AI/ML experience
Strong experience with time-series data and ML solutions
Industrial IoT, manufacturing, or predictive maintenance experience
Signal processing: FFT, spectral analysis, frequency-domain feature extraction, time-frequency analysis
ML algorithms for time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, classification, regression, clustering
Strong Python skills with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy
Production ML deployment: MLOps, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, CI/CD
