About the Role
Kapture CX is hiring a Tech Lead - AI/ML Applications Engineer in Bengaluru to own design, development, and production deployment of AI-driven voice bots and chat bots serving enterprise clients across 18 countries.
The role requires deep expertise in RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and agentic AI frameworks on Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Design and build production-grade RAG pipelines and fine-tune LLMs for voice and chat bot experiences
- Architect and ship scalable RESTful APIs using FastAPI from design through production deployment
- Work with LangChain and LangGraph for sophisticated multi-step agentic AI workflows
- Own productionization of AI models ensuring reliability, observability, and enterprise-scale performance on Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams on architecture and AI roadmap
- Drive features from spec to monitoring with end-to-end ownership
What we're looking for
- 5–7 years Python engineering with RAG applications and LLM fine-tuning in production
- Proficient with FastAPI and MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Experienced with Kubernetes taking AI models from prototype to stable production
- Strong Python fundamentals: async, clean code, API design, test coverage
Skills & Technologies
Required
5–7 years Python engineering with RAG applications and LLM fine-tuning in production
Proficient with FastAPI and MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Experienced with Kubernetes taking AI models from prototype to stable production
Strong Python fundamentals: async, clean code, API design, test coverage

System design for high-volume enterprise-scale workloads
