About the Role
Carrier Global Corporation—a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions—is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer in Hyderabad to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered engineering solutions. You will work with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to build scalable software that improves engineering productivity, automation, and digital transformation.

What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern frameworks
- Contribute to AI/ML-enabled solutions, integrations, and automation workflows
- Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, coding, testing, and deployment
- Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
- Create unit tests, integration tests, and support quality assurance
- Troubleshoot application issues ensuring system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with global teams and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Maintain technical documentation and follow engineering best practices
- Support continuous improvement in productivity, quality, security, and DevOps
What we're looking for
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or AI agents
- Experience with Github/Anthropic skills, evals, and logging frameworks
- Knowledge of Python, React, Node.js, FastAPI
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
