About the Role
Aivar Innovations is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer in Bengaluru to architect, develop, and drive large-scale AI and machine learning initiatives. This role leads advanced solution design, model optimization, and end-to-end deployment of production systems.

What you'll do
- Architect, design, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms
- Lead development of complex models for NLP, computer vision, generative AI, predictive analytics
- Guide model optimization, feature engineering, and hyper-parameter tuning
- Oversee data engineering pipelines for large-scale, secure data processing
- Implement and maintain MLOps/LLMOps processes
- Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and client teams
- Mentor and technically lead junior engineers and data scientists
- Ensure best practices in responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in AI/ML, data science, or similar technical domain
- Deep proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras)
- Experience with cloud ML deployment (AWS SageMaker, VertexAI, etc.)
- Expertise in NLP (LLMs, transformers), computer vision, generative AI, RAG architectures
Skills & Technologies
Required
5+ years in AI/ML, data science, or similar technical domain
Deep proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras)
Experience with cloud ML deployment (AWS SageMaker, VertexAI, etc.)
Expertise in NLP (LLMs, transformers), computer vision, generative AI, RAG architectures
Solid MLOps and DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow, DVC)
Strong data engineering skills (ETL, batch & streaming, SQL/NoSQL)
Experience leading or mentoring teams on large-scale tech projects
