The company is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Bengaluru to build the next generation of AI-powered application capabilities—including intelligent agents and scalable backend services.
This role combines hands-on engineering with mentorship in an agile environment focused on customer problems and innovation.
What you'll do
- Provide technical expertise in requirements analysis, design, estimation, development, testing, and delivery
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents and AI-driven features
- Utilize Python to build, train, and deploy ML models and agentic systems
- Work with product and architecture teams to translate needs into technical requirements
- Maintain focus on business value and ROI in planning and communication
- Support technical design and architecture discussions with appropriate trade-offs
- Estimate scope and timelines and deliver on commitments
- Implement software development techniques for integration, performance, security, and maintainability
- Research, test, benchmark, and evaluate new tools and technologies
- Mentor team members, perform peer code reviews, and advocate quality-first culture
- Identify bottlenecks and gaps and drive or advocate for change
- Perform maintenance, deployment, and release support activities
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 6+ years building web-scale, highly available, multi-tenant SaaS with backend platforms, RESTful APIs, and microservices
- Extensive hands-on Python for AI/ML and backend development
- 3+ years active AI/ML experience with agentic AI systems, AI agents, LLMs, and NLP
Skills & Technologies
Required
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related disciplines
6+ years building web-scale, highly available, multi-tenant SaaS with backend platforms, RESTful APIs, and microservices
Extensive hands-on Python for AI/ML and backend development
3+ years active AI/ML experience with agentic AI systems, AI agents, LLMs, and NLP
