About the Role
Micron Technology is a world leader in memory and storage solutions, and they're hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based AI solutions, AI Agents, and custom applications across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
This is a comprehensive role spanning agent development, full-stack engineering, DevOps, and operational excellence—with 5 days on-site work.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents using cloud-native and open-source frameworks
- Build agentic workflows with tool calling, memory, state management, and multi-agent orchestration
- Implement RAG solutions using vector stores, knowledge bases, and search services
- Develop guardrails, prompt evaluation, content safety, tracing, and observability
- Develop scalable web applications with React, TypeScript, and secure authentication (OAuth2, OIDC, MSAL)
- Build backend services using C#/.NET, Python FastAPI, or Node.js
- Deploy and support AI/ML workloads across Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and cloud-native tools
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor, log, trace, and alert on AI Agents, applications, and cloud services
- Participate in rotational support or on-call activities as required
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on cloud-native AI services, model deployment, RAG, and AI platform operations
- Python, PowerShell, and backend language (C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python FastAPI)
- APIs, microservices, automation workflows, and production integrations
Skills & Technologies
Required
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Hands-on cloud-native AI services, model deployment, RAG, and AI platform operations
Python, PowerShell, and backend language (C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python FastAPI)
APIs, microservices, automation workflows, and production integrations
SQL and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, relational)
Vector stores, search platforms, and enterprise data integration
DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, containerized deployments
Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, LangGraph, MCP experience
