What you'll do
- Lead development of AI models and LLM-powered agents for complex payment workflows
- Deploy and optimize RAG pipelines and fine-tuned models meeting global banking standards
- Work with founding team to turn concepts into scalable AI-driven products
- Own technical decisions across data engineering and MLOps
- Build production-grade AI systems solving real-world financial complexities
- Contribute to agentic frameworks handling multi-step financial workflows
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in Software Engineering with 2+ years deploying AI/ML models in production
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Proficiency with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate), Cloud infra (AWS/Azure), and MLOps
- Builder mindset: moves fast, values clean code, startup execution focus

6+ years in Software Engineering with 2+ years deploying AI/ML models in production
