About the Role
Healthcare supply chain organizations need intelligent document understanding at scale. GHX is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Hyderabad to build an LLM-powered document understanding platform for classification, structured data extraction, and intelligent orchestration.
What you'll do
- Design prompts for diverse document classification and extraction tasks
- Create and maintain ground truth datasets and build automated evaluation pipelines
- Design multi-agent workflows for document processing with MCP server integration
- Develop production-grade APIs and backend services in Python
- Apply Clean Architecture / DDD principles with maintainable, testable code
- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, and observability systems
- Act as bridge between business stakeholders and AI systems
- Translate product requirements into technical architectures
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience (Python preferred)
- Advanced prompt engineering and LLM evaluation expertise
- Experience with ground truth dataset design
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI)
