About the Role
Nokia is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Bengaluru (onsite) to build infrastructure powering AI agents and ML systems — spanning UX/UI in React/TypeScript, MLOps pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, and production agent harnesses on Kubernetes.
This full-stack role sits at the intersection of UX design, ML engineering, platform engineering, and applied AI.
What you'll do
- Design UX and build UI for Agentic Ops
- Design and build agent harnesses in Python
- Develop and maintain MLOps framework for training and deployment workflows
- Fine-tune foundation LLMs; manage datasets and evaluation pipelines
- Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes
- Build and integrate AI agents using modern frameworks
- Apply software engineering rigor — SOLID, secure coding, CI/CD
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering with 8+ years Python production experience
- Hands-on agentic systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
- MLOps pipeline experience with Kubeflow or similar
- Fine-tuning experience with Llama, Mistral, Qwen, or similar models
Skills & Technologies
Required

MLOps pipeline experience with Kubeflow or similar
