About the Role
Clinisys is hiring a Senior AI & Agent Developer in Bangalore (hybrid) to own the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud-based AI initiatives. You will leverage GitHub Copilot, build multi-agent systems and advanced RAG pipelines on Azure AI Foundry, and provide production support for live autonomous agents.
This individual contributor role combines deep Azure AI engineering with team upskilling and AgentOps responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain multi-agent systems on Azure AI Foundry
- Implement advanced RAG pipelines with semantic search and re-ranking
- Set up and manage vector databases for embedding storage and similarity search
- Maximize development efficiency with GitHub Copilot
- Monitor, debug, and provide production support for live AI agents (AgentOps)
- Track token usage and implement guardrails against hallucinations
- Connect agent workflows to enterprise databases and Azure storage
- Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions for engineering team upskilling
- Teach prompting, Copilot usage, and Azure AI suite best practices
What we're looking for
- 4-6 years professional software development with cloud-native AI/ML focus
- Absolute mastery of Python (OOP, async, clean code)
- Deep hands-on Azure AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio) for LLM management and evaluation
- Azure Cloud Services: App Services, Functions, Container Instances
