About the Role

Assent is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to architect advanced AI/ML systems including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based architectures.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and optimize advanced AI solutions including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent architectures
- Architect and implement AI-driven solutions for enterprise-scale environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent features into products
- Operationalize AI systems ensuring reliability, security, and performance at scale
- Drive innovation at intersection of systems engineering, cloud, and applied AI
What we're looking for
- Master's or Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years professional software development including 3+ years in AI/ML (LLMs, RAG, agents)
- Programming excellence in Python and modern software engineering practices
- Cloud infrastructure and MLOps for production AI deployment
