About the Role
Criteo, the Commerce Intelligence Platform, is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Gurugram to build and maintain AI agents and AI-driven workflows using enterprise platforms including DUST, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Agentforce, and n8n.
This role operationalizes commercial frameworks through AI-enabled workflows across the Client Solutions organization.
What you'll do
- Design and build AI-powered workflows and agents translating business requirements into automation logic
- Leverage and configure AI agents to interact with business tools and data sources
- Configure and extend agent behavior on DUST, Glean, Copilot, Agentforce, n8n
- Implement structured decision logic for context-based agent actions
- Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI agents in production
- Troubleshoot and debug AI workflows when outputs are incorrect
- Apply safety rules, permissions, and guardrails defined by IT and business teams
- Document workflows, agent behavior, and known limitations
