About the Role
Technical leadership in generative AI requires both deep Python expertise and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex delivery challenges. Synechron is hiring a Python & Generative AI Technical Lead in Hyderabad to drive technology initiatives, provide mentorship, and translate business requirements into effective GenAI solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional technology teams and provide technical direction
- Review technical requirements, architecture, designs, and release readiness
- Support Python software development and GenAI solution delivery
- Evaluate new technologies and make adoption recommendations
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps, delivery plans, and milestones
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, and retrospectives
- Monitor project progress and address blockers, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with engineering, product, operations, security, and business stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and support contract discussions
- Mentor team members through design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture decisions, and risk registers
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in software development, technology delivery, or technology leadership
- Strong Python development with production-quality software experience
- Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, applications, and implementation
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, software architecture, and design patterns
