Synechron is hiring a Python & Generative AI Developer in Bengaluru to design, develop, and deliver AI-enabled solutions while providing technical guidance and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams on Python and GenAI initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Translate business requirements into Python and Generative AI solutions
- Define software architecture, technical designs, and implementation plans
- Develop scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable AI-enabled applications
- Evaluate new technologies and make adoption recommendations
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and project priorities
- Ensure GenAI solutions are evaluated for quality, reliability, security, and responsible use
- Promote effective engineering practices, documentation, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in software development, technology delivery, or related roles
- In-depth understanding of Python, Generative AI, and software technologies
- Working knowledge of LLMs, AI solution patterns, and implementation considerations
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and software architecture
