What you'll do
- Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams on Python and AI initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Translate business requirements into Python- and AI-based technology solutions
- Define software architecture, technical designs, and implementation plans
- Develop scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable technology solutions
- Evaluate new technologies and make adoption recommendations
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and project priorities
- Support responsible AI practices including evaluation, data protection, and monitoring
- Promote effective engineering practices, documentation, and continuous improvement
