About the Role

The company is hiring a Product Developer II in Pune to design and deliver enterprise-scale cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and modern GenAI/LLM technologies.
This role combines backend engineering with Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and enterprise SaaS product development on BMC Helix and HelixGPT.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of product features, enhancements, and defect fixes for enterprise SaaS products
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Python
- Build enterprise AI applications using Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and modern AI frameworks
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications with engineering best practices
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, UX, QA, and Engineering teams
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting
What we're looking for
- 6-12 years of experience in enterprise software development
- Java, Spring Boot, and Python for backend and AI application development
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and cloud-native SaaS products
- REST APIs, microservices, and secure coding practices
