Nagarro is hiring a Principal Engineer, Machine Learning with 11+ years of experience to lead AI/ML architecture design and implementation across NLP, machine vision, and generative AI.
This role requires proven delivery of impactful solutions including multi-agent systems, LLMs, and MLOps deployments.
What you'll do
- Understand client business use cases and technical requirements; convert to technical design
- Map decisions with requirements and translate to developers
- Identify solutions and narrow down the best option meeting client requirements
- Define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Write and review design documents explaining architecture, framework, and high-level design
- Review architecture on extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, UX, and NFRs
- Develop and design overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
- Understand and relate technology integration scenarios in projects
- Resolve issues raised during code/review through systematic root cause analysis
- Carry out POCs to ensure suggested design/technologies meet requirements
What we're looking for
- 11+ years total experience with proven ML delivery in NLP, machine vision, and AI
- AI/ML architecture design and implementation using cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in Python or R with Pandas, NumPy
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques

Programming in Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX and scikit-learn
SQL experience
MLOps understanding with at least one deployment (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
Designed and deployed AI agents in multi-agent systems for autonomous/semi-autonomous decision-making
