About the Role
VT Netzwelt is hiring a Principal AI Architect in Chandigarh to lead VT Netzwelt's AI-first transformation. VT Netzwelt bridges business challenges with enterprise AI solutions as a trusted advisor to clients while providing technical leadership across the AI practice.
This role requires 12+ years in software engineering and architecture, including 10+ years in AI/ML and 2–3 years delivering enterprise Generative AI solutions.
What you'll do
- You will bridge business challenges with enterprise AI solutions across consulting, architecture, and pre-sales engagements.
- Lead AI discovery workshops and readiness assessments
- Assess business processes, data maturity, and technology landscape
- Develop AI adoption roadmaps with measurable business outcomes
- Architect end-to-end AI platforms; produce HLDs, LLDs, and implementation roadmaps
- Design secure, scalable cloud-native solutions
- Integrate AI with CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and enterprise platforms
- Architect Gen AI solutions: RAG, AI Assistants, Enterprise Search, Agentic AI
- Design agent ecosystems using MCP, A2A, tool calling, workflow orchestration, memory strategies
- Define production standards: evaluation, prompt versioning, guardrails, observability, model routing
- Establish engineering standards: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, secure SDLC, IaC
- Lead discovery workshops, pre-sales, solutioning, and executive stakeholder presentations
- Define enterprise AI architecture standards and Responsible AI governance
What we're looking for
- 12+ years in software engineering, architecture, or enterprise technology
- 10+ years delivering traditional AI/ML solutions (Computer Vision, NLP, Predictive Analytics, Recommendation Systems)
- 2–3 years building enterprise Gen AI applications
- Strong client-facing consulting and executive communication skills
