About the Role
Organizations need leaders who can design, deploy, and scale Generative AI solutions across industries. Deloitte is hiring a Lead AI and Data Science Engineer II (Machine Learning) to lead large-scale AI/GenAI projects and mentor engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Lead and deliver large-scale AI/Gen AI projects across multiple industries and domains
- Liaison with on-site and client teams to understand business problem statements and project requirements
- Lead a team of Data Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, Prompt engineers, and Data & AI professionals
- Brainstorm, build, and improve AI/Gen AI models and identify scope for improvements and best practices
- Assist and participate in pre-sales, client pursuits, and proposals
- Drive a human-led culture of Inclusion & Diversity
What we're looking for
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Generative AI, Deep Learning, or NLP
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Led a 3-5 member team on multiple end-to-end AI/GenAI projects
- Excellent communication and client/stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of GANs, Transformer architecture, and Diffusion models
Knowledge of Vector DB, Neo4J/relevant Graph DBs
