About the Role
General Mills Digital and Technology India is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer II (MLOps) in Powai, Mumbai to operationalize ML and AI models within the Enterprise Data Capabilities Organization.
This role focuses on building enterprise-level scalable data and model pipelines on GCP with Vertex AI, Airflow, and Kubeflow.
What you'll do
- Implement and support end-to-end MLOps pipelines using GCP, Vertex AI, Airflow/Kubeflow
- Build and maintain feature engineering, deployment, monitoring, retraining, CI/CD/CT pipelines
- Ensure ML model lifecycle management including monitoring and performance optimization
- Follow and recommend MLOps best practices, coding standards, version control, documentation
- Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, Cloud Platform, and MLOps teams
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
- Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams
- Adopt emerging MLOps technologies and best practices

- Bachelor's degree (full time)
- 6+ years analytical experience with 3+ years in AI and Machine Learning
- Data transformation through BigQuery/SQL
- Professional experience with Vertex AI and GCP Services
