Position Overview
Arihant AI seeks a highly motivated GenAI/Python Developer Intern to build enterprise-grade, high-performance AI systems bridging open-source local language models and commercial APIs with core ERP workflows. You will design full-stack backend solutions powering internal business tools and client-facing interfaces while maintaining rigorous enterprise data privacy and security boundaries.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy hybrid GenAI architectures using commercial APIs and locally hosted open-source models
- Develop and optimize custom Python backend modules bridging LLM logic with Odoo's ecosystem and database models
- Implement secure, scalable conversational layers in internal employee portals and client-facing web surfaces
- Build input/output verification layers, semantic boundary guardrails, and automated filtering for AI safety
- Construct, benchmark, and maintain advanced RAG pipelines over dynamic enterprise knowledge bases
