About the Role
Qualcomm India is hiring a Lead Engineer, Senior Machine Learning (ML Compiler) in Bangalore to advance state-of-the-art AI across Mobile, AR/VR, IoT, and Auto ADAS on Snapdragon heterogeneous computing platforms.
This role leads design and development of AI/ML solutions, optimizes quantization techniques for Qualcomm hardware, mentors junior engineers, and drives ML compiler and graph optimization innovations.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions across multiple domains on Qualcomm's AI Software stack.
- Leading design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions across multiple domains
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless AI/ML component integration
- Mentoring and coaching junior engineers
- Addressing and resolving AI model optimization issues for high performance and accuracy
- Conducting research on industry trends and innovations in AI/ML
- Developing and optimizing quantization techniques for efficient execution on Qualcomm hardware
- Managing project timelines, objectives, and goals across functional areas
- Applying machine learning compiler techniques and graph optimizations
- Ensuring high performance and accuracy of optimized AI models
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years software engineering experience
- OR Master's degree and 3+ years software engineering experience
- Experience with software architecture and programming languages
- Experience with tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, and others
