About the Role
Financial services technology requires senior leaders who can drive cloud transformation, DevOps platform engineering, and AI-powered solutions at enterprise scale. State Street is hiring a Lead Architect / Senior Technology Lead in Hyderabad as Assistant Vice President.
What you'll do
- The Lead Architect drives strategic technology initiatives across Cloud, DevOps, and AI platforms.
- Define technology roadmaps and solution architecture strategies for Cloud, DevOps, and AI
- Lead enterprise modernization initiatives and cloud transformation programs
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, platform standardization, and automation
- Evaluate and conduct strategic POCs on emerging technologies
- Lead CI/CD, IaC, platform engineering, and developer experience initiatives
- Drive DevSecOps practices, software supply chain security, and governance controls
- Lead implementation of AI Agents, Agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and AI solutions
- Establish standards for AI security, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI
- Mentor senior engineers and technology leads
- Manage globally distributed engineering teams
What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on technical background in Cloud Platforms, DevOps, Python, and AI/LLMs
- Microsoft Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Serverless in public cloud
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation frameworks
- CI/CD Platform Design and Platform Engineering concepts
