About the Role
SimCorp is hiring a Lead AI Engineer in Noida to serve as a core builder within the SMBS AI team, taking AI agent solutions from design through production under the Director of AI Solutions.
This hands-on role implements agent logic, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations with ownership from build through production monitoring—no handoffs between build and run.
What you'll do
- Build AI agent solutions from design through production as hands-on delivery engine of the SMBS AI team.
- Building AI agent solutions from technical design through production deployment
- Implementing agent logic, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and LLM API integrations
- Developing and executing testing strategies for agent behavior
- Ensuring production-grade standards and SimCorp AI ecosystem integration
- Owning agents end-to-end from implementation through monitoring and improvement
- Translating prioritised use cases into working solutions at speed with quality
- Complying with platform and integration standards governing AI across SimCorp
What we're looking for
- 5+ years experience in production AI/ML engineering
- Hands-on agentic AI and LLM application development
- Prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation pipeline implementation
- LLM API integration experience
