What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers and provide technical coaching
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to prioritize features and define success metrics
- Lead design and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI applications
- Translate business goals into technical architectures ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Foster culture of experimentation with reproducibility, observability, and measurable outcomes
- Drive delivery of production-grade AI/GenAI solutions with strong engineering quality and documentation
- Integrate LLMs and agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
What we're looking for
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Statistics, or equivalent
- 7-10 years relevant work experience in NLP/AI/ML
- At least 2 years leading LLM, Gen AI, RAG, and Agentic AI initiatives
- Hands-on expertise with multi-agent architectures, orchestration patterns, and tool/memory/routing design
Skills & Technologies
Required
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Statistics, or equivalent
7-10 years relevant work experience in NLP/AI/ML
At least 2 years leading LLM, Gen AI, RAG, and Agentic AI initiatives
Hands-on expertise with multi-agent architectures, orchestration patterns, and tool/memory/routing design
Experience integrating LLMs and agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
Knowledge of agent protocols (MCP, A2A) and open-source agent gateways
2+ years Software Engineering & Development cycles (CI/CD) with Python proficiency
Good understanding of Kubernetes/OpenShift and AWS Bedrock Platform
