About the Role

What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement advanced Generative AI solutions
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs ensuring optimal performance
- Develop and integrate RAG systems with external knowledge bases
- Apply deep learning and neural networks for robust AI systems
- Utilize NLP for text classification, sentiment analysis, and NER
- Manage full AI model lifecycle including deployment and monitoring
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented Python code
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers
- Stay current with latest advancements from OpenAI and research institutions
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- Proven hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI and Deep Learning models
- Strong Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain
- In-depth LLM architecture, training, and fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA)
Skills & Technologies
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
Proven hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI and Deep Learning models
Strong Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain
In-depth LLM architecture, training, and fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA)
Solid neural network fundamentals
NLP experience — text processing, Word2Vec, GloVe, sentence transformers
RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB)
Familiarity with OpenAI, Google APIs
