About the Role
PwC Acceleration Center India is hiring a Generative AI Developer - Senior Associate to design, develop, and rigorously test end-to-end Generative AI and agentic AI applications. PwC serves diverse client portfolios across geographies through Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.
This role requires 5+ years of total IT experience, including 2–3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI development with production or pilot LLM deployments.
What you'll do
- You will build, test, and deploy production-ready GenAI and agentic AI applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain LLM-powered applications using major LLM APIs
- Implement GenAI workflows including summarization, classification, Q&A, and content generation
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems with inter-agent communication and tool orchestration
- Implement RAG pipelines involving embedding creation, chunking, and vector indexing
- Apply advanced prompting strategies to improve reliability and interpretability
- Establish automated and manual testing pipelines evaluating coherence, hallucination rate, and response diversity
- Implement cost-effective token management and model observability
- Conduct EDA and pre-processing of textual datasets
- Create detailed design documents and maintain experiment logs
- Stay up to date with new model releases and GenAI frameworks
What we're looking for
- 5+ years total IT experience including 2–3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI development
- Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying LLM-based or agentic AI applications
- Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and LangGraph
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, tokenization, embedding models, and vector databases
Skills & Technologies
Required
5+ years total IT experience including 2–3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI development
Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying LLM-based or agentic AI applications
Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and LangGraph
Deep understanding of LLM architectures, tokenization, embedding models, and vector databases
Experience with prompt testing frameworks: TruLens, LangSmith, PromptLayer, DeepEval
Familiarity with bias mitigation, safety testing, and Responsible AI principles
Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices for deploying and monitoring AI models
Exposure to at least one major cloud AI platform: Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI
