About the Role
Generative AI and agentic AI are transforming business processes across banking and financial services, and Synechron is at the forefront of this shift. The company is hiring a Gen AI Engineer in Bengaluru to lead innovative projects focused on emerging generative and agentic AI technologies.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end development of generative AI solutions improving business functionalities
- Mentor and guide team members on AI best practices and project execution
- Evaluate and innovate new AI technologies, models, and tools to optimize processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational strategies
- Stay current with advancements in generative AI, agentic AI, and emerging fields
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for timely AI solution implementation
- Document technical designs, best practices, and project insights
- Lead AI model development, training, and deployment activities
- Conduct research on cutting-edge AI techniques and incorporate into solutions
What we're looking for
- In-depth expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies
- Programming proficiency in Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI)
- Understanding of APIs and integrations for deploying AI models
Skills & Technologies
Required
In-depth expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies
Programming proficiency in Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI)
Understanding of APIs and integrations for deploying AI models
Experience with data management tools and version control (Git)
5+ years hands-on experience in Gen AI/Agentic AI
At least 5+ years in software development and leading technology projects
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
