About the Role
Roche Digital Technology is advancing the boundaries of Applied AI—and hiring a Full-Stack AI Engineer / Data Scientist to build agentic generative AI systems and classical ML solutions end-to-end. This role combines data science, ML engineering, and MLOps in small agile teams powered by AI coding agents.
Based in Hyderabad, you'll work on cutting-edge agentic workflows, multimodal foundation models, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations.
What you'll do
- Design and build advanced AI agentic systems and conversational search systems
- Develop workflows leveraging Large Foundational Multimodal Models
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers/clients for agent context exchange
- Leverage AI coding agents daily for accelerated full-stack development
- Take end-to-end accountability with production-ready Python and TypeScript code
- Manage DevOps/MLOps lifecycle: Docker, CI/CD, cloud-native solutions on AWS
- Perform thorough EDA to inform feature engineering and model selection
- Design robust data pipelines for diverse datasets
- Fine-tune LLM-based and traditional AI algorithms for specific use cases
- Lead advanced prompt engineering strategies (zero-shot, few-shot)
- Conduct A/B testing and implement automatic metric pipelines
- Implement real-time monitoring, drift detection, and observability
- Translate technical results into actionable insights for stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in AI/ML engineering and Data Science with GenAI and classical ML exposure
- 3+ years hands-on with generative LLMs and agents
- End-to-end MLOps lifecycle and model deployment at scale
- Experience leveraging AI coding agents within agentic SDLC

Advanced production-grade Python (TypeScript is a plus)
Deep expertise with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
AWS cloud solutions including GenAI services (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker)
Vector databases (AWS OpenSearch), graph databases, Snowflake, SQL, NoSQL
