About the Role
LTV.ai is hiring a Founding AI Engineer to build the core AI infrastructure powering their platform — designing and deploying LLM-powered features, building backend services, and establishing LLMOps practices from the ground up.
The role is a founding engineering position with direct impact on product architecture and AI capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design and implement LLM-powered features and AI infrastructure
- Build and maintain backend services using NestJS and TypeScript
- Deploy and manage services on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Establish LLMOps practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment
- Integrate LLMs into production workflows with reliability and observability
- Design data pipelines and storage using PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
- Collaborate on product architecture and technical roadmap as founding engineer
What we're looking for
- 4+ years backend engineering experience
- Strong TypeScript and NestJS development skills
- Experience deploying and operating services on AWS
- Experience integrating LLMs into production applications
