About the Role
Cloud-native applications and AI/ML platforms require robust DevOps and platform engineering to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. IQ-EQ is hiring a DevOps Engineer Digital & AI to build, automate, deploy, and operate scalable cloud-native infrastructure.
What you'll do
- The DevOps Engineer builds, automates, deploys, and operates scalable cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and automated release strategies
- Architect, deploy, and manage highly available cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS
- Build backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure automation solutions
- Build, deploy, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Develop automation tools, APIs, operational utilities, and deployment scripts using Python
- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and security controls
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and developer productivity
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Python
- Solid understanding of Linux, networking, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
Skills & Technologies
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3-7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Python
Solid understanding of Linux, networking, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
Experience designing scalable, highly available production systems
Experience with infrastructure automation frameworks and Kubernetes-based applications
Familiarity with SRE, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and distributed systems
Experience with API gateways, event-driven architectures, and security-integrated pipelines
