About the Role
SaaS regulatory platforms need DevOps engineers who can harden Jenkins on GCP and weave AI agents into CI/CD—not only keep classic pipelines green. Regnology is hiring a DevOps Engineer (CI/CD & AI-Enabled Platform) in Pune Division, India for 3+ years’ CI/CD, DevOps, or Platform Engineering experience.
You will improve CI/CD and platform capabilities, design AI-powered developer assistants and LLM automation (including MCP-style integrations), build internal developer platforms, and partner with security on safe AI adoption—while monitoring performance and cost.
What you'll do
- Evaluate, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD tools, AI-assisted development workflows, and platform capabilities
- Configure and maintain CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket and their infrastructure on GCP (Linux)
- Design and implement AI-powered developer productivity solutions (assistants/agents for CI/CD, debugging, ops; LLM automation of repetitive workflows)
- Work with MCP or similar frameworks for secure, structured AI–tool interactions
- Build and maintain internal developer platforms exposing infrastructure/services via APIs and self-service
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across CI/CD and platform systems
- Collaborate with development teams to improve DevEx, release velocity, and reliability
- Partner with security/compliance for safe AI adoption (data protection, access control, auditability)
- Develop and maintain documentation for CI/CD, platform services, and AI-enabled workflows
- Monitor, measure, and optimize system performance, cost, and usage patterns
What we're looking for
- Mandatory
- Bachelor’s in a technical field (Information Science, Computer Science, or similar)
- 3+ years in CI/CD, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
- Strong expertise in Jenkins, Linux, and GCP
