About the Role
SaaS platforms need DevOps engineers who harden Jenkins on GCP and weave AI agents into developer workflows. Regnology is hiring a DevOps Engineer (CI/CD & AI-Enabled Platform) in Pune City, India for 3+ years’ CI/CD, DevOps, or Platform Engineering experience.
You will evolve CI/CD and platform capabilities, design LLM-powered developer assistants (including MCP-style integrations), build internal developer platforms, and partner with security on safe AI adoption while optimizing performance and cost.
What you'll do
- Evaluate and improve CI/CD tools, AI-assisted workflows, and platform capabilities
- Configure/maintain Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket and infrastructure on GCP (Linux)
- Design AI-powered developer productivity solutions (agents for CI/CD/debugging/ops; LLM automation)
- Work with MCP or similar frameworks for secure AI–tool interactions
- Build internal developer platforms via APIs and self-service
- Troubleshoot CI/CD and platform application/infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with development teams on DevEx, release velocity, and reliability
- Partner with security/compliance for safe AI adoption
- Document CI/CD, platform services, and AI-enabled workflows
- Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and usage patterns
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s in a technical field (Information Science, Computer Science, or similar)
- 3+ years CI/CD, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
- Strong Jenkins, Linux, and GCP expertise
- Terraform; Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, Helm
