Global technology services companies are defining and architecting machine learning and AI solutions at scale for enterprise clients. Wipro Limited is hiring a Data Scientist Lead L1 in Pune to define, architect, and lead delivery of machine learning and AI solutions.
What you'll do
- Support Go-To-Market strategy by collaborating with sales, pre-sales, and consulting teams
- Contribute to development of solutions and proof of concepts for proactive demand generation
- Develop Machine Learning / Deep learning models for decision augmentation or automation solutions
- Collaborate with ML Engineers, Data engineers, and IT to evaluate ML deployment options
- Integrate model performance management tools into the current business infrastructure
- Support recruitment process to onboard right resources for the team
- Support onboarding and training for team members to enhance capability and effectiveness
- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
