About the Role
Amazon's Digital Acceleration Analytics team builds state-of-the-art machine learning models for Amazon's digital businesses. Amazon is hiring a Data Scientist in Chennai to invent, build, and deploy ML systems that directly influence product decisions across digital media properties.
What you'll do
- Define science vision and roadmap translating customer needs into engineering plans
- Design and execute ML projects end-to-end from ideation through metrics and monitoring
- Drive end-to-end statistical analysis with high ambiguity and complexity
- Research and develop advanced Generative AI based solutions
- Work with software engineers and data engineers to put algorithms into practice
What we're looking for
- 2+ years data scientist experience
- 3+ years SQL, Python, or statistical software experience
- 3+ years ML/statistical modeling experience
- Experience applying theoretical models in applied environments
